The distinctions were significant and the presence of the students of the M.N. Raptou Schools was excellent, as they had the opportunity to take part in the 9th Speech Games that were held at the premises of Anatolia College from 14-16 March 2025.

It is a Panhellenic Student Competition that has been attracting the interest of students more and more in recent years in the context of promoting Rhetorical Art in Education.

This year, 21 high schools and 25 secondary schools from all over Greece participated in the competition, which was organized with great success by Anatolia College, with 361 participants.

The firsts of the Schools

The 1st place in the Spontaneous Speech Contest was won unanimously by the student of the 2nd High School, Pouloulouli Olia, impressing the judges and the audience.

The 2nd place among 21 high schools in the Double Speech Competition was won by the team of the high school consisting of the third grade students, Michou Olga, Mochiou Francesca and Papageorgouli Agapi. A very important distinction and we congratulate our students who reached the top with their maiden participation.

The 2nd place in the individual competition of Expressive Reading was deservedly won by the pupil of the 1st High School, Vennou Paraskevi.

The student of the first grade, Gountiou Eleni, who won the 12th place -among 42 participants- in the individual competition of Expressive Reading, also had an excellent presence.

We warmly congratulate the children who participated in the mission of the M.N. Raptou Schools for their commendable effort:

All our students dedicated themselves to the preparation, worked hard and, most importantly, stood out for their ethics and courtesy throughout the competition.

Finally, we would like to thank the parents of the participants for their unconditional support and encouragement of the children both in preparation and in their participation in the competition”, the announcement concludes.
